These terms apply to shopping and enquiries on deecatering.co.za, operated by a sole proprietor trading as Dee Catering Equipment And Supplies. Please read them with our Delivery Information, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy.
Products and your order
Check the selected product, size, colour, quantity, specifications and delivery details before submitting an order. Contact us if you need advice about suitability, dimensions, installation or availability. Product photographs help identify items; check the selected option and written specification for the item you want.
Prices and quote requests
Prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR). Review the complete total, including any taxes or delivery charges shown at checkout or in your written quotation, before paying. Products marked “Price on request” require a quotation and cannot be purchased at an assumed price. A quote request is an enquiry; it does not itself place an order or take payment. Any quote validity period, lead time and payment requirements will be set out in the written quotation.
Payment and confirmation
Use only the payment methods offered at checkout or confirmed by us in writing. Keep your order confirmation and payment reference. An automated message confirms receipt of an order; contact us if anything is incorrect or unclear. If an ordered item cannot be supplied, we will contact you about the available resolution, including a refund where required. An alternative item must be agreed with you.
Delivery
We deliver within South Africa. Individual products priced above R15,000 qualify for free nationwide delivery. Products priced at R15,000 or below, and mixed orders that need a delivery quote, require confirmation of delivery charges before payment. Changes, cancellations and product concerns
Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. Your cancellation, return, refund and warranty rights are described on the returns page. Custom specifications and any applicable conditions should be agreed in writing before the order is placed. Follow the product’s operating and installation instructions and use an appropriately qualified installer where required.
Your account and website use
Provide accurate contact and delivery details, protect your account password, and tell us about suspected unauthorised use. Do not misuse the website, submit unlawful material or interfere with its security. Contact us if a website error prevents you from ordering or seeing the correct information.
Consumer rights and resolving a concern
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act where applicable. Please email info@deecatering.co.za with your order or quote reference and the resolution you seek. You retain the right to approach an appropriate consumer authority or court.
